My Story

I’ve always loved being creative. As a young mum, I painted Disney characters on my son’s nursery walls and hand-drew the alphabet as a border—art was always there, quietly woven into everyday life. Over the years, I raised a family, remarried, and had three more children. I also ran a successful adult shop and fancy dress business for ten years. It was bold, fun, and full of personality—but life took a turn, and I made the decision to relocate to support my family through a difficult time.

That move changed everything. I began selling leftover stock on eBay and continued making personalised gifts from home. Slowly, I returned to art—not just as a hobby, but as a way to heal. Working with shells, resin, wire, and natural textures helped me stay calm. It gave me space to breathe, to reflect, and to create with purpose.

I’m not always sure I’m good enough for people to buy my art—but I know what goes into each piece: love, dedication, and emotion. Every item I make carries a story, a memory, or a feeling. If someone chooses to bring one into their life, I hope they feel the care that shaped it.
