Refund Policy

Each piece from Unique Memories is handmade with care and emotional intention. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind or custom orders, we will always work with you to resolve genuine issues.

 

Custom & Personalised Orders

 

Due to the bespoke nature of personalised keepsakes, refunds are not available unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the agreed design. Please review all custom details carefully before confirming your order.

Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales.uniquememories@gmail.com

  • Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description

  • We’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate

 

Conditions for Refunds Refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged in transit

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is returned in its original condition (if applicable)

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalised pieces

  • Items returned without prior contact

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or handling

 

Shipping Costs

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service for returns.

Processing Time

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive confirmation once the refund is issued.
